2022年2月7日，愛爾蘭Arigna Technology Limited of Dublin, Ireland向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品侵犯了其專利權（美國註冊專利號7183835），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將於立案后45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基於政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效並於發布之日後的第60日起具有終局效力。
